The Undergraduate Dean�¢??s Office at NYU Stern is searching for a Graduate Fellow to join its team for the Spring 2026 semester. The position involves general office and staff support in the Undergraduate College (UC) Dean�¢??s Office. Sample tasks include: Compiling research and information for briefings for the Dean Assisting with planning and communications for key events Designing promotional materials for events Carrying out general administrative duties and tasks Assisting with setting up Zoom meetings and webinars Answering student, faculty, and staff inquiries in person and greeting visitors at the UC Dean�¢??s office front desk
