The NYU Stern Langone Part-time MBA program (Admissions Office) is hiring Graduate Ambassadors. The positions are virtual/remote. Interested students should fill out the below form, including a resume and brief cover letter by May 15, 2026. Your application will be kept on file for the academic year of 2026-2027. In order to be eligible for this position, you must have completed 9 credits, have at least a 3.0 GPA, and be enrolled during the semester in which you plan to work. Compensation for 14 weeks is estimated at $2,100 per semester. This is based on a 14 week period of employment. Payment is provided in the form of tuition remission unless you are 100% sponsored or you have already exceeded the amount of tuition remission allowed. In the latter situations, GAs are paid through payroll. The position is 5 hours/week per semester with the possibility to continue working in later semesters. The position is remote. Graduate Ambassadors should possess the following attributes: Passion and pride for the Stern MBA program Enjoy helping prospective students figure out if Stern is right for them Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Knack for conveying what it means to be a Sternie to MBA hopefuls across email and phone Specific duties of Graduate Ambassadors may vary depending on time of year, but include: Responding to telephone and email inquiries from prospective students. This involves sharing your experiences, coffee chats, promoting the Langone program and connecting prospective students with other resources as needed. Your profile will be posted on our website. Congratulations calls to admitted students. Representing Stern at recruiting events (mostly virtual) such as MBA webinars, and potentially special on-campus events. Your role at events may be to participate in a student panel, help with the registration and organization of the event, or to answer questions as needed. Possibly assisting in the creation of marketing content for MBA website.
