We are seeking a reliable and engaged Teaching Fellow (TF) to support Leading Innovation to Address Climate Change (MGMT-GB 3358.H1) for the Stern at NYU Abu Dhabi MBA summer II course taking place at Stern In NYC this summer. This role requires in-person attendance in NY to assist with classroom operations and ensure a smooth learning environment for students. In addition, there are tasks to assist the professor with class materials, student communications, and the management of student assignments. Key Responsibilities include attendance taking and participation tracking in class; Sending class announcements to students as needed; Assignment management: gathering student inputs and follow-up on assignments due; Exam distribution and management of student submissions; Limited assistance with graphics and presentations; No grading required. TF will manage a grading template that combines different components of the student grade that are assessed by the professor and may make inputs to the course site, as needed. Assistance with one in-class exercise and handling audiovisual issues if needed during class. Requirements include availability to attend all scheduled class sessions in person on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm; Strong organizational and communication skills; and professionalism and reliability.
