Seeking a graduate student to serve as a Teaching Fellow with relevant academic or professional experience in finance, corporate finance, and/or corporate law. Prior Teaching Fellow or teaching experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the relevant subject areas, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support students effectively in a graduate-level academic setting.
