Position: Experiential Education Graduate Fellow Team: Experiential Education Office: Office of Learning Innovation The Experiential Learning team enables our students to broaden their perspective and explore their potential to create value for the world through business. More specifically, the Experiential Education team creates academic experiences to connect curriculum theory to real business application. Experiential courses ultimately challenge students to work together in teams, to use their business knowledge and skill set, and address a real-issue or current problem facing a partner client. The selected graduate fellow will be responsible for working collaboratively across the Experiential Education team to support departmental objectives and initiatives. These responsibilities will include: Stern Solutions Project Support Provide on-going support to internal business development by assisting with the maintenance of an alumni database and exploring existing and new corporate partnerships for future projects Support on-going assessment measures including facilitating focus groups, distributing student surveys, and benchmarking other experiential education programs Provide administrative support to specific courses as needed Business Development & External Marketing Materials Create video content or other externally facing materials Review past marketing tools and look for future opportunities General Office Management Support Maintain scheduled office hours in the Office of Student Engagement and meet regularly with supervisor Provide general office support as it relates to the operations and services within OSE Provide office coverage on phones and front desk regularly Assist/manage special projects as needed and assigned by supervisor Preferred Qualifications Desire to help students gain real-world experience through their coursework by participating in experiential learning opportunities Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work on a cross-functional, diverse, and high performing team Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite and familiarity with Qualtrics The time commitment is 10 hours per week. For the Summer 2025, the starting date would ideally be June 2nd but this is flexible based on availability. This would be a hybrid role, with the in-person day being Wednesday and possibly Tuesday as well. The position is for 10 hrs/week for the full summer. Ideally June to August.
